How to give a memorial

Thank you for considering to honor your loved one by empowering potential in a child's life. If you are interested, there are special envelopes at the funeral homes around Butte that you may pick up and fill out. If you do not have one of these envelopes you can send your donation into P.O. Box 62 in Butte, MT 59703.

If you do not have the envelope please include with your donation a note stating your name and address, who you would like the memorial card to be sent to and their address and who you are making the memorial for. If you do not know who to send the memorial card to, we will send it to the next of kin.
